GROUPFIT IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR INDIVUDALS WHO WANT THE FULL BODY CONDITIONING, WORKING ON ALL AREAS OF THE BODY USING WEIGHT, BODY WEIGHT AND CARDIO VASLUAR EXERCISES.

METAFIT IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR INDIVUDALS WHO LIKE THE, INTERNSITY HITS OF CONDITIONING, UING METHODS OF MUSCULAR ENDURANCE, CARDIO VASCLUAR AND POWER EXERISES AIMED TO KEEP THE HR AND OUTPUT HIGH

CORE & CARDIOFIT IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO MY WANT TO ADD SOME VARIANCE INTO THEIR TRAINING – NOT USING WEIGHT AND MIXING A COMBINATION OF BOTH AEROBIC SYSTEMS WITH CORE CONDITIONING. QUITE A FAST PACED SESSION

ZONEFIT IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR INDIVUDALS WHO LIKE TO TRAIN WITH A CLEAR FOCUS AND GUIDED BY THEIR INDIVIDUAL HEART RATE ZONES. SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED FOR INDIVDUALS TO WORK OFF THEIR OWN DATA WITH FEEDDBACK AND ANALYSIS WITH A GROUP ENVIRNOMENT.

L & CFIT IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR ALL INDIVUDALS LOOKING TO DEVELOP THEIR CORE MUSLCELS AND LOWER BODY ( GLUTES AND LEGS) WE FIND THESE ARE PROBLEM AREAS FOR BOTH MALES AND FEMALES WHEN IT COMES TO NOT ONLY BODY SHAPE BUT ALSO IN THE APPLICATION TO DEVLEOPING STRENGTH AND MUSCLE GAIN. THIS SESSION INCLUDES WEIGHTS, RESISTANCE EXERICES AND BODY WEIGHT – WORKING ON ALL ASPECTS OF TRAINING PRINCIPLES.

STRENGHTFIT IS A PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR ALL INDIVUDALS LOOKING TO DEVELOP THEIR PERSONAL STRENGTH. THIS SESSION THATS HAS SMALLER NUMBERS FOR THE COACH TO FOCUS ON TECHNIQUE AND HEAVY LIFTS.
